The best way to see how well your team works together is to expose them to a crisis situation.

Avalanche is our newest team building program. It’s designed for new teams, executive groups and induction programs.

The program starts with Adventure for Life facilitators teaching delegates the basics of avalanche rescue.

We then head to the search zone.

Can your team use our avalanche beacons, probes and shovels to find a buried person (or 2). The clock is running and they need to get fresh air to the victim within 15 minutes to keep them alive.

If they find the body, they need to perform CPR and then prepare for an evacuation. Can they cope when the pressure is on? and what will they learn about their leadership style and team dynamics?

 

New Year – New Product

2019 kicked off with our first event being our new Mansion House Murder activity.

It’s like Cluedo on steroids.

Teams sift through a bunch of witness statements, collect clues, analyse the evidence, film soundbites for the media, and hopefully work out who killed Laura Norder. (Love that pun in Laura’s name!!)

The activity can be conducted anywhere and it’s a great way to entertain delegates at night.

Adventure for Life is currently developing Christmas Party events across Victoria and Tasmania. Using our Wildgoose technology guests will travel from their workplace to a party location in a dynamic fashion. The best way to think of our Christmas Wild Goose Chase is to think of a Christmas Themed pub crawl.

We can run full service events, or for those on a budget we can send you QR codes to our Christmas games and you can run them yourselves.
