Improve delegate recall and engagement with a customised game at your trade show. Our games use indoor mapping and image recognition to drive footfall to stands, giving suppliers better value for money at their trade show. Games can also collect contact details and feedback. Game example: Client: Australia’s premier home builder. Game Name: “Have you been paying attention?” Delegate numbers: 200 Supplier numbers: 18 Delegates visited 6 supplier stands for 8 minute presentations. At the end of each session, questions testing their knowledge about supplier products were released to their mobile phones. The game include 54 supplier tasks, 9 trivia rounds about the company, and photo challenge during the lunch break. Results. 95% of delegates were highly engage during the game and 85% of supplier tasks were completed on the first attempt. The delegates truly were paying attention.

These events can best be described as standard scavenger hunts on steroids. The “wow” factors revolve around amazing transport options like yachts, helicopters, Harleys, golf carts, and classic vehicles. Teams sailed through the GPS hotspots to open their tasks. Highlights: Inter-boat trash talk via the game’s messaging system and a stirring rendition of the Village People’s “In the Navy” being the winning move.

We made sure the three teams had logged into the system via video conference. After walking teams through the safety briefing, team submissions were scored remotely in our office and the presentation was delivered via skype. Highlights: Beach lookouts, Byron street art and the finishing location. Game Example (large) Location: GMHBA Stadium Client: Deakin University Finishing Location: GMHBA Stadium Duration: 2 hours Guest numbers: 190 Pubs Visited: 0 Delivery method: A full service game with 4 facilitators and 21 iPads. Highlights: Sports themed. The video challenge of teams cheering on cyclist training on the local circuit amused delegates and left cyclists bemused.
